I have been on and around boats all my life, I grew up sailing, fishing, and repairing boats; I was the captain of the UNCW sailing team for several years, and a sailing instructor for many summers. This spring I would like to take you out on your boat, teach you to operate your boat, or do the necessary maintenance to get your boat ready for the season. I am a United States Coast Guard Licensed captain and have been a US Sailing Certified instructor in the past. I charge $30/hr for lessons, $25/hr to take you out on your boat, and $20/hr to do maintenance on your boat. I can also arrange for a boat rental if you are thinking about getting a boat of your own or just want to get out on the water for a day.
